锦州智慧城市建设中人工智能对消费投资新逻辑的适配效应

摘要：在人工智能技术快速渗透经济社会各领域的背景下，传统消费与投资逻辑正经历深刻重构，而锦州作为东北地区典型资源型转型城市，面临智慧城市建设进程中产业升级缓慢、消费需求外溢、投资效率偏低等现实困境。现有研究多聚焦于人工智能对宏观经济的普遍性影响，缺乏针对特定城市发展阶段与资源禀赋的适配性分析，尤其未能揭示人工智能如何通过重塑消费决策机制与投资回报预期来匹配地方发展需求。本研究以锦州市智慧城市建设为切入点，构建“技术—行为—结构”分析框架，利用2015—2023 年锦州市消费与投资面板数据及典型企业调研资料，采用双重差分与中介效应模型，实证检验人工智能应用对当地消费场景多元化、投资精准化及产业协同化的影响路径。

Abstract： under the background of the rapid penetration of artificial intelligence technology into all fields of economy and society, the traditional logic of consumption and investment is undergoing profound reconstruction. As a typical resource-based transformation city in Northeast China, Jinzhou is faced with practical difficulties such as slow industrial upgrading, spillover of consumption demand, and low investment efficiency in the process of smart city construction. The existing studies mostly focus on the universal impact of AI on the macro-economy, and lack the suitability analysis of specific urban development stages and resource endowments. In particular, they fail to reveal how AI can match local development needs by reshaping the consumption decision-making mechanism and investment return expectations. Taking the construction of smart city in Jinzhou as the breakthrough point, this study constructs the "technology behavior structure" analysis framework, uses the consumption and investment panel data of Jinzhou from 2015 to 2023 and the survey data of typical enterprises, and uses the double difference and intermediary effect model to empirically test the impact path of artificial intelligence Application on the diversification of local consumption scenarios, investment accuracy and industrial synergy.
